Darien Will Possibly Change Some Zoning Regulations: Report
Among some items that could change are sign and building height regulations.

The 2016 Plan of Conservation and Development went into effect June 19 and will help guide the town's development going forward, according to the Darien Times.

Darien is 97 percent developed so more growth would have to come vertically. The town currently has a three story limit, but that could change before the end of 2016.
Sign regulations could also potentially change. The issue came up when Shake Shack tried to earn zoning approval earlier in the year.
