Darien Zoning Warns Resident About Airbnb Restrictions

DARIEN, CT—An Oakland Terrace resident got a cease and desist letter from the town's zoning department after listing a home on Airbnb.

A zoning official wrote in the letterthat the home falls in a residential zone and allowing lodging doesn't conform to that zone's use, according to the Darien Times.
