David Harvey Jewelers Robbery Attempt
Darien police chased a suspect out of the David Harvey Jewelers store around mid-afternoon.
Sometime after 3 p.m. Darien police were seen chasing a man out of David Harvey Jewelers at 995 Post Rd.
The man ran east toward Darien train station, according to a witness at the scene who picked up a cell phone the man had dropped.
Darien police said they had no information to give out about the incident immediately, but a news release would be forthcoming.

A woman who answered the phone at David Harvey Jewelers said the manager was unavailable to comment about the incident at this time.
