A developer pitched his idea for a major Darien downtown project that would include 76 new housing units.
David genovese, founder of Baywater Properties, explained the proposal to the Planning and Zoning Commission, according to the Darien Times.

The plan has been in the works since 2007.
Near roads would be created that would alter the flow of Post Road traffic. A new road would connect Post Road to Old Kings Highway.
