Discussion On Teen Vaping Scheduled At Darien Library Oct. 23

DARIEN, CT — A discussion forum on the dangers of teen vaping has been scheduled for Oct. 23 at the Darien Library, organizers announced.

The free event, "Vaping, E-Cigs, & Juuling: What Parents and Teens Need to Know," will be held from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the library's Community Room.

"Vaping has become an enormous public health issue," organizers wrote in a statement. "Join us for a candid conversation about the health risks of e-cigarettes and Juuling. This program will provide a starting point for parents to continue conversations with their teens.

"Teens are invited to attend with their parents."
