Drive-Thru Food Drive In Darien To Benefit Person To Person
The food drive is scheduled for April 6, and it's being hosted by the Darien Youth Commission. Here's how to donate.
DARIEN, CT — The Darien Youth Commission is slated to host a drive-thru food drive to benefit Person to Person, the nonprofit organization based in Darien that's dedicated to assisting individuals and families in lower Fairfield County.
Donations will help fill P2P's pantry with healthy food for those in need who are struggling with hunger and food insecurity.
The food drive will take place in the Darien Train Station parking lot — the Koons lot, which is off of West Avenue across from Tilley Pond — from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday, April 6.
