Dynamic Athletics Gym Evicted in Darien
A court order allowed the landlord to evict the gym.
DARIEN, CT — Dynamic Athletics Gym will shut its doors after a court order allowed its landlord to evict the business.
It was ordered to close by March 31, according to the Darienite. Dynamic Athletics didn't dispute the court because the lawsuit summons had been sent to a former home address of the gym's owner, Dynamic said in a news release.
Andrew Stefanou Salon and Spa in the Goodwives Shopping Center complained about the level of noise coming from the gym.

Dynamic Athletics said it tried to insulate bordering walls to reduce noise and minimize noise during salon hours.
