The Round Meadows estate, built in 1928 and located at 18 Tokeneke Trail, is on the market for the first time in over 50 years, according to the listing from Brown Harris Stevens. The home features seven bedrooms and a total of 10 bathrooms across 9,700 square feet, and is listed by Becky Munro of BHS.
According to a BHS blog post on the property, the home hosted several high-profile figures over the years.

"Tennis stars Arthur Ashe and Stan Smith graced the grounds. In the dining room, the late actors Andy Rooney and Jimmy Dean once broke into impromptu comedy at the table," the blog post says.
The blog post notes the twin daughters of a longtime Philip Morris executive oversaw a major renovation of the home in 2023.
