On Saturday, November 5th, Nicholas Roberts will hold our 6th Annual Harvest Wine Tasting, a benefit for Turning Wine Into Water. It is our largest wine tasting of the year and the primary fundraiser for Turning Wine Into Water. The event will showcase over 75 wines from around the world.
As always, there is no fee for the tasting but Turning Wine Into Water will ask for an “at will donation” as you enter. All proceeds from the door and 10% of all wine sales written that evening will be donated to Turning Wine Into Water. The organization’s mission is to bring clean water and sanitation facilities to those that lack them in underdeveloped nations.
We ask that you RSVP to the event so we know how many people to prepare for. We have increased the hours of the tasting this year in hopes of increasing the attendance. The event will be held from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM. I hope that you will consider joining us for the evening. It’s a great opportunity to shop for the holidays but more importantly, an opportunity to help save the lives of thousands of children who day daily simply because the lack access to clean water. Think about that the next time you throw out that half finished bottle of water rattling around in the back seat of your car.
