Megan Palmer Dean, Palmer's Bakery's executive pastry chef, demonstrates the making of some of her dazzling holiday desserts at 12:30 p.m. at the (DCA) Tuesday, Nov. 2.
The event is open to the public and includes lunch. A reservation is required by Friday, Oct. 29.
