Expensive Tires Stolen from Mini Cooper Dealership
A vehicle was stripped of its tires and rims. It was left on milk crates.

DARIEN, CT—About $2,500 worth of tires and rims were stolen off a Mini Cooper S at the dealership on the Post Road, police said.
The theft was reported Oct. 15 in the morning and is suspected to have happened in the overnight hours.
The Mini Cooper was left on milk crates and windows were smashed out so the thief or thieves could gain access to the tire jack and wheel locks.

Cleaning crews left the building at 11 p.m. and the vehicle was observed damaged at 8 a.m.
Window damage is estimated at $500 and the cost of the rest of the damage is unknown.
