Field Hockey Coaches Determine Top Teams In First Poll Of Season
A panel of Connecticut coaches has voted on the best high school field hockey teams in the state.
CONNECTICUT — Two weeks into the new season, a panel of Connecticut field hockey coaches has issued its first poll ranking the top teams in the state, and Darien was the top choice on all ballots.
Two of the Blue Wave's Fairfield County Interscholastic Athletic Conference rivals, New Canaan and Staples, placed second and third, respectively.
Here are the top 10, as well as all other programs receiving votes.
