Fight Over Darien Take Out Order Leads to Summonses
A Darien couple was charged after a fight over a wrong food take out order escalated, police said.
DARIEN, CT- A Hollow Tree Ridge Road couple was arrested after a fight over a food take out order spiraled out of control May 16, according to police.
A 45-year-old woman said that her 55-year-old spouse began berating her after the food order came back wrong, police said.
She said she couldn't take the yelling anymore and threw the food in his lap and walked away. He responded by pouring green juice on her head, police said.

The woman then used the man's clothes to wipe up the juice. As things got heated she called 911 and hung up, which prompted police to investigate
Each person gave similar stories and both were given a summons for disorderly conduct.
