First Connecticut High School Field Hockey Poll Of 2022 Released
Three different schools received first-place votes in the initial balloting of the state's high school field hockey coaches.

CONNECTICUT — Darien emerged as the top pick in the initial round of balloting by Connecticut high school field hockey coaches to determine the top teams in the state.
The Blue Wave garnered first-place votes from four of seven coaches to outdistance runner-up Wilton, which had a pair of top nods. Defending Class S champion North Branford earned the other top vote.
