"Steeves, contacted by phone, confirmed his involvement but was vague about the details. Witnesses corroborated the victim's account, identifying Steeves as the aggressor," police said in an arrest report.
An arrest warrant was applied for and granted by Stamford Superior Court, and Steeves turned himself in on Nov. 21.
Steeves was released on bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 10.
