If you're in downtown New Canaan today, you'll get a hint of what tomorrow's Village Fair and Sidewalk Sale Day is going to be like tomorrow (minus the facepainting and special events).

The event runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, July 20.
Expect bargains from local merchants, entertainment and a variety of food.
The New Canaan farmer's market is also on Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., in the Old Center School Parking Lot (Corner of South Avenue, Maple Street, and Main Street).
