Their recent works will be shown December 4th at GoodFit Fitness Studio, 528 Post Road, in Darien, 6-8:30 pm.
The three Darien friends are a good fit, celebrating three decades of making art, venturing from Realism to Abstraction. Together they painted murals of Darien’s landscapes for the Darien Nature Center. Over the years these award-winning artists have had several group shows at Soundwaters, Atria, Darien Library, Town Hall, and other local venues. Their creative journey includes shows in New York City, Ridgefield, Rowayton, New Canaan, Greenwich, and Stanford University.

All are welcome Thursday December 4th, 6:00-8:30 pm. Goodfit owner and fitness professional, Ellen Mullen, is transforming her workout studio into a gallery for one night only. Ellen has been active in the Darien, New Canaan and Greenwich communities for over 20 years. GoodFit Studio is the first of its kind specializing in custom workouts for men and woman age 50 plus.
