Hindley, Holmes And Royle Building Committee Seeks 2 Members

DARIEN, CT — The Hindley, Holmes and Royle Building Committee is looking for two additional members.

The committee has been working since February 2022, construction drawings are nearly complete, bidding is set to begin this spring and construction on the three campuses, which includes both renovation and new build at each location, begins this summer.

Desired expertise could include general knowledge of construction management; specific building expertise in any of the relevant areas or trades, such as building construction, mechanical, electrical or other systems experience; or experience with project timelines, change order approvals, budgets, and issue resolution in another industry.

The time commitment is likely to be one to two evening and one to two day meetings per month with additional time for meeting materials review and general communication.

Construction is slated for completion by the fall of 2025.
