Items Stolen From Darien Home Under Construction: Police
Police said the person who reported the overnight burglary told officers the house is vacant and under construction.

DARIEN, CT — Various carpenter tools were recently stolen from a Darien home currently under construction, according to police.
In a news release, Police Sgt. Dan Skoumbros said officers were called to an Old Farm Road home on Feb. 15 after receiving report of an overnight burglary around 8:30 a.m.
The person who reported the incident told officers the house is vacant and under construction, and various carpenter tools were reported missing, Skoumbros said.

Workers were last on site at the home on Feb. 14 at 5:30 p.m. and returned to the home at 7:40 a.m. the following day, according to Skoumbros.
