Jewelry Stolen In Darien Burglary: Police
Police said the resident had been away for a week and returned home to find items missing.
DARIEN, CT — Jewelry was reported stolen during a recent burglary from a Darien home, according to police.
In a news release, Police Sgt. Dan Skoumbros said a Hanson Road resident reported the burglary Friday evening.
The resident told officers they had been away for the past week and noticed a rear sliding door had been shattered when they returned home Friday. The resident also said jewelry was missing from the master bedroom, Skoumbros said.
