DARIEN, CT — Police said several juveniles accused of stealing a truck from a Darien resident's driveway were arrested in Derby earlier this month.

In a news release, Police Sgt. James Palmieri said a Waring Lane resident reported on Sept. 1 being awoken by the sound of their 2005 Chevrolet Silverado's muffler. The resident made their way to a window just in time to see the truck pulling out of their driveway, Palmieri said.

The truck had been left unlocked and with the keys inside prior to being stolen, Palmieri said.
