Kids Design Their Own 'Bee Hotels' at April 25th DAC Naya Workshop

NAYA Middle Eastern Counter & Grill in Darien is proud to continue its collaboration with the Darien Arts Center, introducing a new series for PreK through Grade 5: Kids Create Art & Eat Naya. These distinctive workshops will provide an avenue for creative exploration alongside authentic family-approved cuisine. Led by Darien Arts instructors, each workshop encourages young minds to explore their creativity and takes place in the Darien Commons Naya location on Heights Road.

Following each session, participants will be invited to enjoy NAYA’s "Little Habibi" Kids Meal, featuring a base (rice or salad), a protein choice (Chicken Shawarma, Chicken Shish Taouk, Beef Shawarma, Kafta Lamb Kebab, Cauliflower, or Falafel), up to five toppings, and a choice of milk or juice. Each Kids Meal experience includes a complimentary coloring book and colored pencils.

Here's the buzz: you can't check into this hotel; it's only for bees! Come decorate and embellish your own bee hotel with paint and found objects, and place it outside to watch solitary bees come for a stay. We will create and also talk about why bees are so beneficial to our planet!
