Lights Proposed at Darien High School Stadium

The recommendation was made by Schools Superintendent Dr. Dan Brenner.

DARIEN, CT - Adding lights to the Darien High School stadium is one of several recommendations made recently by Schools Superintendent Dr. Dan Brenner.

The Darien Times reports that while the matter of adding lights to the field to allow for night games has been discussed and rejected in the past, Brenner believes the past concerns can be overcome.

Additionally, Brenner believes an artificial turf field should be added to Middlesex Middle School, because of the field's high usage rate, and two more tennis courts should be added at the high school.
