Brendan Patrick Price of Darien CT, and formerly of College Point NY passed away on January 30, 2026 in Stamford, CT. He was 88.
Brendan was born on May 17, 1937 in New York, NY to John and Mary (Mooney) Price. He received his BA from Iona College and was a 7th grade American History Teacher at JHS 93 in Ridgewood New York for 30 Years.
Brendan was a Bagpiper for County Armagh Pipers Band. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus in Sunnyside NY.

Brendan is survived by his loving wife of 60 years Maureen (Rossler) Price of Darien CT, as well as his daughters Claire Shaughnessy (Michael) of Darien, and Kiera Price of Harrisburg, PA. He is also survived by his son Brian Price (Audrey) of Hood River, OR. Also surviving Brendan are his loving Grandchildren, Colin and Meghan Shaughnessy; Emma and Fiona Sanderson; Cael, Sorin, Esme, Teague, and Niamh Price. He was Predeceased by a brother Jack Price.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday February 4, 2026 from 5-8PM at the Lawrence Funeral Home 2119 Post Rd Darien CT. Service will take place on Thursday February 5, 2026 at 10AM at Saint Luke’s Episcopal Church 1864 Post Rd Darien CT, followed by Interment at Calvary Cemetery in Woodside NY.
