Man Found Touching Himself in Woodland Park: Police
Another man reported the disturbing incident to police.
DARIEN, CT—A man reported to police that he saw another man touching himself out in the open in Woodland Park.
The man said he was walking his dog around noon Oct. 3 and saw a man touching himself while holding a cell phone, according to the Darien News.
The offender walked away and apologized when confronted.
