Man Suspected Of Stealing Cooler From Darien Whole Foods: Police

DARIEN, CT — The Darien Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying a suspect who allegedly stole an insulated Yeti brand cooler on Oct. 9 from the Whole Foods on Ledge Road in Darien.
According to police, the cooler, valued at $199.99, was taken at about 5:40 p.m. on the 9th, but was not reported by the store until Oct. 14, following an internal inventory.
"A review of store surveillance footage shows a white male with a shaved head, glasses, a blue shirt and khaki pants placing the cooler in a shopping carriage and leaving the store," wrote Darien police in a statement. A photo of the suspect is above.
