Members Of Darien Family Arrested After Drunken Altercation: Cops
And one of the alleged combatants also is accused of intentionally urinating on the floor of police headquarters while in custody.
DARIEN, CT — A drunken altercation between several members of a family on July 1 resulted in three of them and a juvenile being arrested on charges ranging from assault to breach of peace, according to Darien police. And one of them, Charles T. Daley, 18, also is accused of intentionally urinating on the floor while in custody at police headquarters.
Charles was charged with third-degree assault, breach of peace, interfering with an investigation and second- and third-degree criminal mischief.
Also charged with third-degree assault, breach of peace and interfering with an investigation was John Daley, 21. Christopher Daley, 49, also was charged with breach of peace, as was a juvenile.

The incident occurred just after midnight when officers were called to the pier at Noroton Bay on a report of a disturbance. Officers found Charles Daley there, and later found other members of the family at their home, where the fight allegedly began.
All were scheduled to appear in Stamford Superior Court on July 2.
