Nearly $1,500 Worth Of Items Stolen From Darien CVS: Police

Police said the shoplifting incident occurred on April 19.

DARIEN, CT — Police said they are investigating a shoplifting incident at CVS in Darien which resulted in a total loss of $1,492.

Police responded to the pharmacy on the Post Road on April 21 on a report of a shoplifting that occurred two days prior.

The manager of the CVS reported that two women and a man entered the store at 1:04 p.m., and the man was seen placing hair products in his coat and leaving the store, police said. The total amount of hair products stolen was $535.

"The females were observed leaving the store with two large bags over their shoulders," police said, noting they were seen placing items in the bags.
