New Darien Restaurant To Debut In 2018: Report

DARIEN, CT — The owners of Greenwich-based Ada's Kitchen + Coffee are slated to open a new restaurant in 2018 on the Post Road in Darien, reports the Stamford Advocate.

Roost will be located at 1050 Post Road, and will feature locally grown ingredients and will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Husband and wife restaurateurs Mike and Krista Pietrafeso are creating the new eatery. A specific date for its opening has not been announced, but it is expected to open in the early part of the new year.
