Newspaper Delivery Driver Fled Darien Crash Scene: PD
The driver had struck a vehicle in a driveway and fled the scene, police said.
DARIEN, CT — A Stamford man was arrested after he fled the scene of a car crash, police said.
The incident happened in September in a driveway on West Avenue, police said. Manual Condo-Rocano, 39, was picked up by Stamford Police April 2 and was transported to Darien Police headquarters.
Investigation revealed that Condo-Rocano knew about the crash, but didn't report it to the owner or police, according to police. He also was driving with a suspended licence.

He was charged with evading responsibility and operating under suspension. He was released on a $5,000 bond.
