There’s good news and bad news concerning the weekend weather forecast for Connecticut. The good news is today looks amazing and Sunday will be a perfectly fine autumn day as well. The bad news is Saturday looks pretty miserable to be outdoors.
NBC Connecticut Meteorologist Ryan Hanrahan offers this blunt assessment about Saturday’s forecast: “Nothing about Saturday is looking good right now. Chilly, cloudy, and a bit damp.”
WTNH News 8 Meteorologist Gil Simmons said, “The (forecast) is looking very nice for your Friday! Dress for a beautiful day with sunshine and high temperatures right around 70! The humidity will stay low all day long today. I do have some concerns for outdoor plans on Saturday. It looks like some scattered showers from time to time & a very chilly day with high temperatures only in the 50s to around 60. Nice weather with sunshine and highs near 70 on Sunday! I hope you all have a wonderful weekend!” (» Find Your Patch and more news of the day, including our most-read stories)
