Nursing Home Location Pitched for Darien

DARIEN, CT- Some members of the Planning and Zoning Commission commented favorably about a proposal to put a nursing home on Parklands Drive.

The current space is an officer building. Parklands Office Park LLC is looking to replace one building on the 79-acre property with a 105-unit nursing home, according to the Darienite.

The new facility would have more parking and is expected to cause less traffic than an office building filled with employees.
