FAIRFIELD COUNTY, CT — Are you looking to make a positive, major change in your life? Do you struggle with your weight? Is food always on your mind? Do you struggle with bingeing and/or overeating?

If you answered yes to any of the questions above, then Overeaters Anonymous may be perfect for you. OA is not a “diet and calories” club, we are a fellowship that comes together to support one another and find solutions by working the 12 Steps of the program.

There are meetings 7 days a week in these lower Fairfield County cities: Darien, Greenwich, Norwalk, Southport, Stamford and Westport. (See below for meeting information, or visit www.oa.org/findameeting.) We hope to see you soon!

The OA Preamble:

Overeaters Anonymous is a Fellowship of individuals who, through shared experience, strength, and hope, are recovering from compulsive overeating.

We welcome everyone who wants to stop eating compulsively. There are no dues or fees for members; we are self-supporting through our own contributions, neither soliciting nor accepting outside donations. OA is not affiliated with any public or private organization, political movement, ideology, or religious doctrine; we take no position on outside issues.

Our primary purpose is to abstain from compulsive eating and compulsive food behaviors and to carry the message of recovery through the Twelve Steps of OA to those who still suffer.
