“We are thrilled to welcome Francesca to P2P,” said P2P CEO Nancy Coughlin in a news release. “Her exceptional track record in fundraising and strategic relationship-building, combined with her passion for helping others, make her the ideal leader to advance our development efforts. Francesca will play a critical role in strengthening our philanthropic partnerships and ensuring P2P has the resources to fulfill our mission.”
As Chief Philanthropy Officer, Capodilupo will lead P2P’s fundraising and donor engagement initiatives, overseeing a talented development team. She will work closely with state Rep. Corey Paris, who joined P2P in March 2024 as Chief Impact Officer, to align the organization’s development strategy with its broader goals for impact and advocacy.
Capodilupo will also collaborate with the Board of Directors, senior leadership, and community partners to implement a comprehensive strategy to meet P2P’s $5 million annual budget.
“I am honored and excited to join Person to Person and be a part of the incredible work they do for our community,” said Capodilupo in a news release. “P2P’s mission is vital, and the organization has such a meaningful impact on people’s lives. I am excited to collaborate with the team, donors, and volunteers to help expand that impact even further. Together, we will continue to create opportunities and stability for individuals and families.”
