Man Struck, Killed By Metro-North Train In Darien: Update
The incident occurred Thursday night, according to officials.

DARIEN, CT — A 50-year-old man was killed Thursday night when he was struck by a northbound Metro-North train near the Norton Heights train station, according to Metropolitan Transportation Authority officials.
Details of the incident, which occurred at about 7:45 p.m., were not immediately available. The victim's identity has not been released pending notification of next of kin.
Trains along the New Haven and Danbury lines were delayed Thursday night as authorities investigated.

The incident involved the 6:49 p.m. train out of Grand Central Terminal, writes the Stamford Advocate.
