Piranhas Set Records at Y National Championships

The Darien Y Piranha swim team sent 4 swimmers to the 2015 YMCA National Championships, and came away with great swims and a world of experience.

The Piranhas were led by sophomore Phoebe Slaughter, who became only the 3rd female Piranha in the last 25 years to final at the Y National meet, and she also set a team record in the 200m free.

Tim Gould, PK Brannigan, and Erik McKenna also set personal record best times during the meet. It was a great way to end the season, congratulations Piranhas!
