Police Announce 'Multi-Agency Operation' In Darien: PD
Police said there is no imminent danger or threat to the community. The investigation was coordinated between the DEA and local police.

DARIEN, CT — In a coordinated effort involving the Darien Police Department, agents from the Drug Enforcement Administration, and the Norwalk and Stamford Police Departments, authorities executed "successful" search and arrest warrants at a home in Darien on Monday, according to a news release from the DPD.
"The culmination of an extensive and collaborative investigation targeted a residence on Pine
Brook Lane," Darien police said. "It is imperative to assure the public that there is no imminent danger or threat posed to the community."
Due to the "sensitivity and ongoing nature" of the investigation, police said further details are being withheld.

Darien police pointed further iniquiries to the DEA's Bridgeport office. Officials there could not be immediately reached for comment Monday morning.
