Police Pursuit On I-95 Goes Through Darien: Report

NORWALK, CT — Police said a Norwalk fugitive led officers on a high-speed car chase on Interstate 95 through three towns Wednesday morning, the Norwalk Hour reported. Police said Kenneth Mims, 22, is designated as an escapee by the Division of Parole and Community Services.

According to the Norwalk Hour, police said the accused sped off on I-95 after he realized an officer was following his vehicle in Norwalk. The chase went through Darien and Stamford, where State Police eventually used spike strips to stop the vehicle, police said.
