Three property sales were recorded last week by the Town Clerk:

113 Old Kings Hwy. S: Jennifer L. Ancker sold to John Loomer and Catherine Moffatt for $1,095,000.

6 Hillside Ct.: Steven E. Mickels sold to Jill Saverine and R. Sloan Saverine for $1,200,000.

16 Park Pl.: Sandra J. Culhane sold to Michael Thomas Lee and Rozanne Leigh Lee for $615,000.
