58 Mansfield Avenue: Glazer Construction & Development LLC sold to Clayton Erwin and Kristy Erwin for $2,125,000.

15 Midbrook Lane: John Newton and Nancy Newton sold to Jeffrey Hudson, Jr., and Michelle Hudson for $1,900,000.

2 Morehouse Drive: William Storrs Morehouse sold to Kenneth Zerbe and Amy Zerbe for $850,000.

2435 Boston Post Road: Carole Claps sold to Mingwen Zhou and Rong Lou for $840,000.

3 Lillian Terrace: Patricia Giannone McClancy sold to Ryan Velasco for $480,000.
