Six property sales were recorded last week by the Town Clerk:

76 Hanson Rd.: Corlaw Investors LLC sold to Barbara Ryan for $2,350,000.

19 Catalpa Terr.: Nancy E. Erskine sold to James M. Attonito and Mekhala S. Attonito for $675,000.

12 Tokeneke Trl.: Andrzej T. Osinski sold to Joseph Gold and Amy Gold for $7,200,000.

48 Hillside Ave.: Gavin R. Baiera and Melissa G. Baiera sold to Frederick G. Stemp, Jr. and Devonnie L. Stemp for $1,925,000.

100 Goodwives River Rd.: Tanya S. Beder Tr. and TS Beder 2007 Revocable Trust sold to John W. Foster and Kimberly A. Foster for $2,900,000.

342 West Ave.: Daniel J. Babbidge and Kelly M. Babbidge sold to MacKenzie Fulk and Katharine Fulk for $711,000.
