20 Noroton Avenue: The Trust Estate of William F. Rowan (Dennis Rowan, trustee) and The Estate of Helen M. Rowan (Dennis Rowan and Helen M. Rowan, co-executors) sold to Jiaomei Gu and Long Zu for a combined total of $762,000.
53 Relihan Road: Diane F. Giannattasio sold to Joanne Caroline Brown for $1,899,000.
