The Town Clerk recorded two closings in Darien last week, including a house that was sold for the second time in three months.

14 Pasture Lane: Edward McCoyd sold to James C. Blake and Sara Blake for $1,300,000. This property during the week of Dec. 13-17, 2010.

3 Pine Brook Lane: John Steers and Katharine Steers sold to Shaun McDonnell for $550,000.
