Two closings were recorded last week by the Town Clerk:
- 5 Holly Ln.: Number 5 Holly Lane LLC sold to Amlap LLC for $3,025,000.
- 25 Raymond St.: Richard Lee West and Courtney Proctor West sold to Travis R. Dorsey and Rachel A. Dorsey for $722,500.
