The following information was obtained from the Office of the Town Clerk:
44 Long Neck Point: Peter Fenichell and Christopher Fenichell sold to Michael Moore and Coren Moore for $2,000,000.
27 Nickerson Lane: Robert Finkel and Linda Hannett sold to John Gottfried and Michelle Gottfried for $1,675,000.

121 Leroy Avenue: Elain Krehley Hay and Robert Ian Hay sold to Daniel Blouin and Kirsten Prevete for $865,000.
