Public Input Sought On Darien's 2017 Master Parks Plan
Public hearings are scheduled for Wednesday and next month.

DARIEN, CT — To improve Darien's parks and recreational facilities, town officials have scheduled two public hearings to gather public input on the 2017 Master Parks Plan.
The hearings are scheduled for Darien Town Hall on Wednesday, Sept. 20, and Wednesday, Oct. 4, at 7 p.m. on both nights.
Available both nights will be a viewing station of all park proposals.

"A reminder to the public that a successful master planning process will transform a community’s vision into tangible plans to create outstanding recreation opportunities, well-maintained facilities, and a customer-focused and responsive park system," wrote Darien Parks and Recreation officials in a statement. "The Parks and Recreation Commission welcome your attendance to this very important project!"
