Janet Prindle Seidler, 88, an investment management pioneer who became Neuberger Berman's first female partner and founded its Socially Responsive Investment Group, passed away on Feb. 19, 2025; a DePauw University graduate, she began her career in market research before transitioning to finance, served on multiple philanthropic boards, and was a patron of Carnegie Hall.

Carolyn Malkowski Rusiackas, 85, a dedicated educator, real estate agent, and longtime campus minister at Fairfield University, passed away on Feb. 10, 2025; a Brown University and Boston College graduate, she spent over two decades mentoring students in faith, served as a spiritual director, and was an active volunteer in her community.

Warren Aaron Ransom III, 55, a writer, editor, and culinary enthusiast who founded SushiFAQ.com, passed away on Feb. 4, 2025; known for his intelligence, dark humor, and creativity, he had a deep passion for science, technology, storytelling, and cooking, always sharing his knowledge and meals with those around him.

Eric Thomas Lexow, 90, a Navy veteran, insurance executive, lifelong sailor, and dedicated firefighter with over 70 years at Noroton Fire Department, passed away on Jan. 15, 2025; he enjoyed racing and cruising boats, working as a launch boat driver, tackling endless projects with friends, and fixing anything in need of repair.
