Several Roads Closed In Darien Following Heavy Snow: PD

DARIEN, CT — Police said several roads in town are closed following the overnight storm that brought several inches of heavy, wet snow to the area Sunday night into Monday morning.

Police said on Facebook the following roads are closed due to downed trees and or power lines:

• Deepwood Road @ Laurel Lane
• East Lane (partial)
• Driftway Lane
• Pembroke Road
• Peach Hill Road
• Great Hill Road
• Heights Road (partial)

Additionally, the intersection of Noroton Avenue and Middlesex Road is without power. Police said temporary stop signs have been deployed and drivers are asked to treat this intersection as a "four-way stop." (To sign up for Darien breaking news alerts and more, click here.)
