
DARIEN, CT — A woman traveling slowly on I-95 got the attention of police and later was arrested for DUI.
Police noticed that a Toyota Prius was driving so slowly on the highway that it had caused a backup of vehicles at 1:20 a.m. March 18.
The motorist then failed to make a proper turn signal as she changed lanes, police said.

Charlene Merced-Agusto, 33, of Stamford was pulled over in the rest area. She failed a field sobriety test and her blood-alcohol level was .1778 and .1677 on two tests, according to police.
