Stamford Man Allegedly Violated Protective Order: Darien Police
The incident occurred after-hours at Woodland Park in Darien.

DARIEN, CT — A 26-year-old Stamford man was arrested on a charge of criminal violation of a protective order last week after hours at Woodland Park in Darien, after police said officers found him in a car with the person he is supposed to avoid.
Henoc B. Zaragoza-Alvarez, of Tresser Boulevard, was arrested at about 8:45 p.m. on July 26.
"Officers observed a suspicious vehicle at the West Avenue entrance to Woodland Park," wrote Darien police in a statement. "The park was closed and the chain was across the entrance. Officers asked the two occupants for identification, and questioned why they were at the park after hours. A routine check of Zaragoza-Alvarez’s information showed an active bench warrant for failure to appear out of [Connecticut State Police] Troop-G in Bridgeport. Also discovered was an active protective order forbidding Zaragoza-Alvarez to be in the company of the female occupant of the vehicle."
